Job summary

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Be able to work long hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory and supplies nightly.
• Analyze labor and sales continually.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness per standards.
• Supervise employees effectively.
• Interview, hire, onboard and train new team members.
• Prepare and package food products.
• Clean and maintain store and equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries and date items accurately.
