Job summary

Domino's in Washington state is seeking Shift Leads to support the General Manager in running a fast-paced, customer-focused store. You will learn operations during an initial training period with wage starting at $17.60 per hour and potential raises based on performance, plus eligibility for a monthly bonus for eligible Shift Leads.

As a Shift Lead, you will help manage the team, ensure pizza quality, supervise staff, and assist with deposits and paperwork when the GM is away.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• 2 years of customer service experience, restaurant preferred.
• Willing to learn.
• Able to motivate, train and maintain a strong team.
• Lead by example.
• Able to work long hours, nights, weekends and alternating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager.
• Prepare pizzas and deliveries to designated places.
• Drop off nightly deposits and handle necessary paperwork when the General Manager is not present.
• Cash management, people management and time management are required.
• Supervise staff and maintain high crew morale.
