Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts at our Popeyes location in Martinsburg, WV. You will manage the floor, drive-thru, and crew, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Training includes opening/closing certifications and learning the Popeyes flow.

We offer promotion opportunities to Senior Shift Manager and above, with a six-week paid certification program and a path to higher roles. Your leadership will champion fast, friendly service and quality product daily.

Qualifications

• Experience running shifts in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to learn Popeyes product and flow.
• Able to work rotating shifts including opening/closing.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift - the floor, the drive-thru, and the crew on it
• Cash: drawer assignment, counts, deposits and the safe
• Food safety: FIFO, temperatures, hold times, logs and inspection readiness
• Hold speed and order accuracy through both peaks
• Coach the crew in the moment, not afterwards
• Maintain cleanliness
• Leave the store ready for the next shift, every time
