Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor with energy, coach Team Members, set the pace, and ensure fast, friendly service that makes every guest feel welcome. You’ll lead by example on the dining room floor and kitchen line.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Assistants to run great shifts, coach on the floor, manage cash controls, inventory checks, and ensure Popeyes standards stay hot and ready.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace on your shift by leading the team with confidence, know-how, and pride.
• Deliver great guest experiences by guiding Team Members to serve fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Develop your people by coaching Team Members, sharing feedback, and helping them build skills right on the floor.
• Support operations and profitability by handling cash controls, inventory checks, receiving truck orders, and keeping Popeyes standards hot and ready.
