Job summary

Onvo is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager for a Popeyes location. The role leads the restaurant team during your shift, ensuring customer service excellence, smooth operations, and adherence to quality and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, handling shift-specific admin tasks, resolving guest concerns, and managing end-of-day inventories. In-person, on-site position with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Team Members to perform daily shift activities.
• Maintain continuity of shift operations and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Attend shifts promptly and regularly.
• Handle administrative duties (petty cash, daily deposits, inventories, daily reports) for the shift.
• Ensure product quality, equipment operation, sanitation, and neat restaurant appearance.
• Train shift staff on food prep, sanitation, guest relations, and safety.
