You’ll jump into every position—from cashier to grill, prep, fries, and dining room—delivering fast, accurate service while coaching crew to perform at their best.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth within the brand, with starting pay at $16.00/hour plus tips and bonus, plus a strong team culture focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experience
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports
