Five Guys Operations LLC in Missouri is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to guide daily operations on each shift. You’ll lead by example, work hands-on with the crew, and ensure guests leave satisfied with fast, accurate service.

Starting pay is $17.00/hour plus tips and bonus, with real growth opportunities as you mentor teammates and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong communication and team-first mindset.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic math and POS systems.
• Willingness to train new team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
