Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification; failure after 2 attempts disqualifies from Shift Leader role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a bustling kitchen and manage allergens.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks; provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards met.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare products efficiently and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock food line and supplies; clean work areas and utensils.
• Operate cash register and handle customer complaints.
