Jimmy John’s is seeking a dedicated Person in Charge in Stillwater, OK to lead a small team and ensure fast, fresh service. You will supervise staff, manage ordering and stock, and uphold food quality and safety during peak times.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and flexible for overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Willing to work 40–50 hours per week.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 3–15 employees.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all materials to minimize waste and theft.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food prep and service operations on duty.
• Assist teammates during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food prep including slicing, portioning, and rotating products.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
