Jimmy John’s franchise is seeking a Person in Charge to supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure clean, efficient service. You will lead a small team, manage shift duties, and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, fractions).
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.

• Must be 18 years of age and available for overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies.
• Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
