Job summary

Jimmy John’s franchisee is seeking a Person in Charge to lead daily operations, supervise a team of 3–15 staff, and ensure fast, friendly service in Little Rock. You will manage opening/closing duties and oversee food preparation, inventory, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast‑paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 3–15 during assigned shifts.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of supplies to minimize waste.
• Assist in preparation, sales and service of food.
• Ensure efficient restaurant operations during peak periods.
