Job summary

Jimmy John\u2019s Franchisee in Plano is seeking a Person in Charge to run daily store operations, supervise the team, ensure fast, friendly service, and keep the kitchen clean. You will oversee ordering, prep, service, and related paperwork, with opportunities for advancement into store leadership.

Must be 18+, willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends; capable of 40–50 hours weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work 40–50 hours per week.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable with fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 3–15 employees during shifts.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all supplies.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Oversee food preparation and service operations while on duty.
• Assist team members during rush periods to ensure efficiency.
• Complete daily food preparation including slicing and portioning.
• Assist in daily and weekly paperwork and preventive maintenance.
