Job summary

Jimmy John’s franchise is seeking a Person in Charge to manage restaurant operations during shifts when leadership isn’t present. You’ll supervise a team, delegate ordering and storage tasks, and help ensure quality and speed of service while maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction and fractions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff during assigned shifts (3 to 15 employees).
• Delegate duties for ordering, receiving, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize loss.
• Assist in supervision of food prep, sales and service.
• Oversee food prep and service operations while on duty.
• Assist teammates during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Complete daily food prep tasks including slicing and portioning.
