Job summary

Jimmy John's is hiring a Shift Manager at our location. As a Shift Manager, you're learning to run the show, taking the lead in daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring fast, friendly service.

Growth opportunities exist with potential promotion into Assistant Manager roles. You'll gain exposure to staffing, inventory, and store profitability while working closely with the General Manager to keep the operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for the full shift.
• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current insurance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your shift by overseeing food prep, customer service, and store cleanliness.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members during your shift.
• Jump in where needed—taking orders, making sandwiches, or helping drivers deliver excellence.
• Ensure every customer gets world-class service.
• Manage product prep and inventory during your shift.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Execute store systems and processes with consistency and integrity.
• Work closely with the General Manager to keep things running efficiently.
