Jimmy John’s, a freaky F.A.S.S.T. franchise, is seeking a Person in Charge to lead store operations, maintain a clean environment, and ensure fast, fresh sandwiches. You’ll receive training and tools to succeed, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

As a Person in Charge, you’ll supervise a shift, manage a small team, and help ensure guest satisfaction during busy periods. This role offers competitive wages and benefits within a dynamic team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math and count accurately.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees during assigned shifts.
• Delegate ordering, receiving, storage, and issuance of supplies to minimize waste and loss.
• Assist in supervision of food preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Supervise food prep and service operations while on duty.
• Assist team members during rush periods to maintain efficiency.
• Complete daily and weekly paperwork.
