Job summary

Hudson Restaurant Group is hiring Restaurant Directors to lead shifts and take ownership of critical areas of the restaurant, including Hospitality, Quality, Training, and Drive-Thru.

This hands‑on leadership role focuses on developing team members, maintaining high standards and driving results in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented workplace. The position offers opportunities for advancement and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts, coach team members and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work hands‑on in all areas of the restaurant.
• Dependable, energetic and committed to working as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant shifts and support daily operations.
• Coach team members and hold the team accountable to established standards.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to every guest.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, accuracy and speed.
• Help recruit, onboard, train and retain team members.
• Complete assigned daily, weekly and monthly operating responsibilities.
• Monitor performance in your area and develop plans to improve results.
• Communicate staffing, equipment and operational needs to restaurant leadership.
