Job summary

BFS FOODS INC in Brookville, PA, is seeking a motivated Team Member to support restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. You will assist the GM and Assistant Managers, handle customer service, drive-thru and back-line food prep, and help maintain inventory, cash control, and quality standards.

You will lead by example, train and coach crew, ensure PRIDE standards, and respond promptly to guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of high-volume quick service restaurant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification or approved equivalent.
• Ability to supervise specific areas of the business in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM and Assistant Managers in executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Maintain PRIDE standards for quality, service and atmosphere.
• Manage inventory, ordering of products and cash control as directed.
• Ensure proper hand washing, product rotation, and temperature logging.
• Lead and coach crew members to build a skilled and productive team.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and return visits.
