Job summary

You will train and supervise BOH staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with the Front of House manager to deliver guest satisfaction. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean facility and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and accessibility of ingredients.
• Execute equipment maintenance schedules.
• Complete inventory counts for food and supplies.
• Assist with prep and cooking duties on the line.
• Hire, train, and supervise personnel with the FOH manager.
• Open and close the restaurant per established processes.
• Address customer needs and report injuries.
• Enforce quality and safety standards.
