Job summary

BFS Foods in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a motivated team member to support daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. You will assist the GM and Assistant Managers, ensure fast, friendly guest service, handle product preparation, cash control, and drive-thru duties as needed.

A minimum of 6 months in a high-volume quick-service setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ServSafe-certified are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of high-volume quick service restaurant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification or approved equivalent.
• Ability to supervise specific areas of the business in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass shift leadership program.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/Assistant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure quality, service, and atmosphere meet standards.
• Train and coach crew; delegate tasks during shifts.
• Maintain inventory control and cash handling.
• Enforce ServSafe and sanitation procedures.
• Support store marketing promotions and activities.
• Contribute to business planning and scheduling.
