Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's high standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members to success.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with training Team Members and performance reviews.
• Support labor management and cash control procedures.
