Job summary

BBQ Holdings is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in overseeing restaurant operations and staff during shifts. You will ensure standards, recipes, quality, and guest satisfaction are met while maintaining costs and service levels.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Anticipated pay rate is $18 to $20 hourly, with flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance required.
• ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred.
• Annual re-certification and required quizzes completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees during scheduled shifts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow all company SOPs and standards.
• Mentor staff to maintain high service levels and guest value.
