Leslie's Poolmart Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Shift Lead 1 to support store performance, customer service, sales plans, profitability, operating procedures, and all merchandising objectives. Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience leading a team (preferred).
A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
Minimum of one year of retail experience (external) or proven track record as a Lead.
New hires with managerial experience may be considered.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, payroll and expenses.
Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
Ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
Identify new talent to join the team.
Maintain a clean, well merchandised, welcoming environment.
Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
Open and close store responsibilities including daily bank deposits.
