Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• Must complete Shift Lead training classes; ServSafe certification may be required in some states.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Fundamental reading, writing, math and POS skills are required.
• Must have access to transportation and comply with driving requirements.

• Assists in training staff and ensuring operations follow standards.
• Interacts with guests, addresses questions and complaints professionally, and escalates as needed.
• Uses management tools to analyze restaurant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitors costs and compliance with budget and goals.
• Complies with labor laws and regulations.
