Qualifications

• Must complete Shift Lead training classes.
• In certain states, ServSafe certification may be required.
• English communication is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand image via restaurant cleanliness, service, and maintenance.
• Lead team to deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
• Assist in training employees and ensure operations meet standards.
• Support GM in identifying internal candidates for Shift Lead positions.
• Interact with guests, address questions/complaints, and ensure positive resolutions.
• Monitor costs, budget adherence, and labor compliance.
