Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is looking for a Shift Leader to join our restaurant teams. You will oversee opening and closing, manage shifts, and ensure high food quality and sanitation in a clean, welcoming environment.

You’ll mentor team members, monitor labor metrics, and work hands-on in multiple restaurant roles to deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operations are executed smoothly.
• Adhere to labor metrics while monitoring sales across the shift.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Be proficient in all restaurant positions and work hands-on with team members.
• Collaborate with the team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Uphold Six Service Standards and PLUS 1 as needed for guest satisfaction.
• Perform opening/closing routines including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Address guest issues or conflicts and report to the GM.
• Place, check in, and store food and orders; monitor temperature for safety.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and fun work environment.
• Communicate essential information to management.
• Report team concerns to the General Manager.
