Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure service quality, food safety, and guest satisfaction, and work hands-on with the team. You will open and close shifts, monitor labor, maintain inventory, and complete temperature checks.

Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential; ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed with high standards of sanitation.
• Work hands-on in all restaurant areas to support operations.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences following Six Service Standards.
• Handle guest issues promptly and report to GM as needed.
