Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps management informed by communicating tasks, reporting disciplinary issues and customer complaints.
• Assists with warehouse and vendor orders, pricing, displays, inventory counts, and basic department upkeep.
• Maintains compliance with local/state regulations for regulated products and ensures signage and pricing accuracy.
