Job summary

Walgreens in Daytona Beach Shores, FL is seeking a Store Lead who will open and close the store in the absence of store management, manage cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model service excellence.

You will assist with inventory control, pricing changes, displays, and merchandising, while supporting a courteous, helpful shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Store inventory control knowledge preferred.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Provide a distinctive customer experience and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, pricing tasks, displays, and basic merchandising.
• Assist with pharmacy out window as requested.
