Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Eligible for PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• We consider applicants with arrest/conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes store in absence of management; handles cash, ensures floor and stock room readiness.
• Completes cash handling tasks: refunds, cash drops, and change for registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience to shoppers and patients.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and shares service best practices with team members.
• Maintains inventory counts, pricing accuracy, and signage; supports backroom operations and vendor deliveries.
• Assists with displays, resets, and planograms; supports basic merchandising and stock rotation.
• Operates store systems/equipment and assists with exterior/interior maintenance and cleanliness.
• Assists at pharmacy out window as requested; ensures compliance with state laws on regulated products.
• Bag checks team members before leaving and upholds company policies.
• Completes special assignments as requested by management.
