Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and resolves questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Open/close responsibilities for store keys and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register sales, handle price verifications, and manage returns or adjustments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize displays, including promotional setups.
• Ensure correct pricing, signage, and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with cash reporting, backroom operations, and basic bookkeeping.
• Support maintenance needs and keep store clean, neat, and orderly.
