Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and preparing the floor and stock room.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive customer experience and assists with inquiries and product navigation.
• Hires and trains team members, communicates tasks when management is absent, and reports issues to management.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, corrects pricing, manages shelf displays, and supports backroom operations.
• Supports vendor deliveries, pricing updates, and compliance with store policies and local regulations.
