Job summary

Walgreens in Nixa, MO is seeking a capable team member to help open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for business. You will also assist with deliveries through the back door and support daily operations.

You will engage customers, help with products and services, maintain accurate pricing, assist with inventory and displays, and ensure compliant store procedures are followed. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, answers questions, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains store pricing, inventory accuracy, and supports displays and promotions.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and basic bookkeeping related tasks.
