Job summary

You will engage customers, resolve questions, support inventory accuracy, assist with vendor deliveries, pricing, and basic bookkeeping, while obeying local laws and policies.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Maintains inventory counts and pricing, including signage and shelf/t stock room readiness.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, order reviews, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws regarding regulated products and store policies.
