Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens internship OR High School Diploma/GED plus two years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership, professional ethics, self-motivation and strong business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks for ESM roles.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to relocate or transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members; recruit, hire, coach, and discipline per policy.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations, merchandising, and asset protection.
• Support Store Manager with operations to achieve company deliverables; analyze data for improvements.
• Ensure policy compliance and effective store control, including safety and regulatory adherence.
