Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow store policies and standards including cash handling and safety requirements.
• Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
