Job summary

You will organize shift schedules, supervise staff across kitchen and front of house, resolve issues, manage cash deposits, and uphold health and safety standards while nurturing a collaborative team culture. A bilingual Spanish preference is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize shift schedules and assign duties to BOH and FOH.
• Foster communication between kitchen staff and front-line employees.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Saigon Hustle’s culture and operations.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety of the restaurant.
