Job summary

Saigon Hustle in Houston is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to bridge BOH and FOH operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will organize shift schedules, supervise staff across kitchen and front of house, resolve issues, manage cash deposits, and uphold health and safety standards while nurturing a collaborative team culture. A bilingual Spanish preference is a plus and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
