Job summary

You’ll manage workflow, coach teammates, handle guest concerns, and help open or close the restaurant using established procedures. Availability across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to leadership and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, run food, make drinks, and assist guests.
• Manage shift flow and FOH/BOH communication.
• Coach team members during peak periods.
• Open or close the restaurant using checklists.
• Lead by example in cleanliness, hospitality, and work ethic.
• Handle guest recovery and escalate issues when needed.
