Job summary

Taco Bell in Roswell, NM seeks a Shift Lead to energize the team, uphold MIC routines, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll coach Team Members, handle customer concerns, and partner with the GM on store initiatives.

This role demands reliable transportation, 18+ years old, strong communication, basic math, and a readiness to promote Taco Bell’s culture while maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (ability to move up to 45 lbs).
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure MIC Success Routine is followed.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and keep the restaurant clean and organized.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance and train Team Members.
• Assist with hiring and with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
