Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to help run the shift when the General Manager or Manager in Training is absent. You will lead the team, support operations, and ensure a smooth, friendly guest experience with fast and accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating duties and lead the shift when GM or MIT is absent.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across operations.
• Oversee food preparation, delivery, maintenance, and team management.
• Provide fast, accurate service to customers and uphold guest experience.
