Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations, stepping up in the absence of the General Manager or MIT. You will guide team members to uphold standards in food prep, service, and cleanliness while ensuring a top-notch customer experience. A focus on leadership and teamwork will help sustain smooth shifts.

Qualifications include being 18+, possessing a valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the US; restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading team members to ensure smooth shift operation.
