Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure smooth shifts, support the team, and deliver a great customer experience. You will engage customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead when management is not on-site to ensure staff and customers are assisted.

You’ll oversee opening/closing procedures, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance to maintain quality and efficiency across the shift.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience.
• Answer questions about services, packages, and memberships clearly.
• Promote memberships and offerings to drive engagement and sales.
• Educate customers on wash packages and services available.
• Observe interactions to identify ways to improve service.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles safely into wash tunnel with proper positioning.
• Prepare vehicles for washing, removing obstacles as needed.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or issues.
• Enforce safety protocols to protect customers and staff.
• Lead shifts in absence of Site Leader, guiding the team.
