Qualifications

• 1+ years of Leadership experience (Required)
• Ability to close (work until 11pm) at least 3 days per week (Required)
• Self-motivated to seek out learning opportunities
• High character and professionalism
• Hospitality experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence across all restaurant areas to gain experience operating a multi-million dollar business
• Build high-performance teams by identifying and coaching future leaders
• Manage a team of 20+ people, create an inspiring vision, and hold staff to high standards
• Increase profitability by implementing procedures to reduce costs, boost productivity and promote sales
• Provide the highest quality guest service at all contact points
