Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in delivering exceptional guest service and daily operations in a high-volume restaurant. You will coach team members, model our values, and drive Operational Excellence with urgency and teamwork.

You'll lead shifts, train new hires, ensure we close and open smoothly, and help develop future leaders while enjoying a fun, growth‑oriented environment with competitive pay and Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest and team needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging, team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Lead and develop the team and team leaders.
• Produce consistent results in key business metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
