Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure every shift runs smoothly by supporting the team and delivering a great customer experience. You will engage with customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site to ensure both staff and customers are assisted.

• Answer questions about services, wash options, and memberships.
• Promote unlimited wash memberships and other offerings.
• Educate customers on wash packages and services.
• Observe interactions to identify improvement opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and position them properly.
• Prepare vehicles for washing by removing obstacles.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or issues.
• Follow safety protocols to protect customers, staff, and equipment.
• Assist team in resolving operational issues to keep the site efficient.
