Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Comfortable leading outdoor, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to train and guide a team to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and explain services and memberships.
• Direct vehicles safely into wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning.
• Prepare vehicles by removing obstacles and checking for loose items.
• Monitor wash operations and report malfunctions.
• Enforce safety protocols to protect guests and staff.
• Lead shift, delegate tasks, and provide feedback.
• Open/close procedures and maintain site cleanliness and readiness.
