Job summary

Dogtopia in Shelton, CT is seeking a Rover who loves dogs and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise playrooms, greet Pet Parents, check pups in and out, and help explain daycare options while ensuring safety and outstanding customer service.

This role is cross-trained as a Canine Coach and Pet Parent Coordinator. After training, you may even bring your own dog to work. You’ll work as part of a collaborative team with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–6 months in a high-volume animal care setting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Franchise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Pet Parents at front desk and assist with questions.
• Check pups in and out of daycare and coordinate playtime.
• Explain daycare packages and memberships to Pet Parents.
• Conduct dog evaluations and monitor safety and cleanliness.
• Support team across playrooms and front desk as needed.
