Job summary

Dogtopia is seeking an energetic Canine Coach to supervise playrooms and ensure dogs are safe and having fun. You’ll work on a collaborative team, follow safety guidelines, and engage with Pet Parents who watch their dogs on cameras.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to stay organized in a busy, dog-loving environment. Training is provided; this is an on-site position in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and fun play environment for each pup.
• Interact with dogs and monitor behavior; cameras may be used.
• Care for all dogs as part of the team and ensure safety.
• Follow dress code guidelines and professional standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to Pet Parents.
• Maintain room management and collaborate with teammates.
