Job summary

Dogtopia in Tempe, AZ is seeking an energetic Rover to assist in all areas, including Canine Coach duties and Puppy Parent coordination. You’ll supervise playrooms, greet Pet Parents, and help with front desk tasks while ensuring safety and top-notch customer service.

The role involves multi-tasking across playrooms and reception, with opportunities to train and progress within a dog-first environment. Requires enthusiasm for dogs and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-6 months in a high-volume animal care setting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service focus facing professional work history required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and dogs as they arrive or depart.
• Check pups in and out of daycare.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions in person or by phone.
• Contribute to dog evaluations and daily playroom safety.
• Assist in multiple areas of the business including front desk and playroom supervision.

This role will be cross-trained as a Canine Coach & Pet Parent Coordinator. This person should love dogs- and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you!
