Dogtopia in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an energetic Rover to support dog daycare operations and cross-train as a Canine Coach & Pet Parent Coordinator. You will greet Pet Parents, check dogs in and out, and answer questions while ensuring safety and exceptional service.

The role offers growth through training and the chance to bring your own dog to work after completion of training. You will be involved in playroom supervision, front-desk duties, dog evaluations, and promoting our memberships,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–6 months in a high-volume animal care setting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Franchise experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers who walk in or out and answer questions in person or over the phone.
• Check pups in and out of daycare and share information about packages and memberships.
• Conduct dog evaluations and help ensure safety and superior customer service.
• Assist in multiple areas of the business, from playrooms to the front desk.
• Supervise and support team, promoting teamwork and positive energy.
• Communicate with Pet Parents and maintain a friendly, engaging environment.

This role will be cross-trained as a Canine Coach & Pet Parent Coordinator. This person should love dogs- and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!About the Rover Role:The focus of the Rover is to ensure a safe and fun play environment for each pup while supervising the team to ensure all standards are being met ensuring safety and superior customer service are at the forefront of everything.You are responsible for being a multi-tasker and assisting in all areas of the business, able to jump from a playroom to the front desk with ease.You care for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family.Creating the Most Exciting Day Ever for the pups in your playroom.You interact with dogs and are always on stage.
